Sam officially started grooming full time in 2013 after being a bather and apprenticing from the age of 17. She worked for a small, privately owned shop many years before starting at Vet Group in 2024.  She has an Associate in Business degree, as well as certifications in skin/coat and animal CPR.  She continues her education by attending grooming seminars and shows.   Her favorite dogs to groom are border collies and doodles.  She loves doing teddy bear faces and utilizing creative techniques.  For Sam, the best part about grooming is connecting with the dogs and all of their different personalities.  

Sam has 3 dogs- Sheldon (terrier mix), Cas (pit bull), and Dax (doodle).  Outside of work, she likes DIY projects and all things crafting.  She loves traveling whenever possible and finding new places to go.
